Send your invitations

3 months before the wedding is the sweet spot. Include your wedding website link — it answers every question before guests ask it. Set your RSVP deadline 6 weeks before the day to give yourself time to chase.

RSVPs & dietary requirements

Your RSVP deadline should land around now. Chase any stragglers firmly — your caterers need final numbers. Collect dietary requirements at the same time. Use your guest dashboard to track everything in one place.

Louise says: “Don’t be shy about chasing RSVPs — people mean to reply and just forget. A friendly nudge from you is all it takes.”

The final details

Confirm every supplier in writing with your finalised timeline. Table stationery, favours, confetti — check everything has arrived. Do your hair and makeup trial if you haven’t already.

Gemma says: “The couples who have the smoothest wedding days are the ones who over-communicate with their suppliers in the final two weeks. Send everyone your timeline. Chase confirmations. Nothing falls through the cracks.”
